Spring is Close Cedar Pollen is Here
Yes, now I remember sneezing my head off last year now, it was when the Cedar trees started to put out all of that lovely pollen. The photo of the day today is from a backyard photo-walk, which includes tons of Cedar trees out here. All three of these photos were taken with my iPhone…

Auburn Baseball Season Opens Today :: Friday Feet
Today is opening day for Auburn Tigers Baseball, and for this Friday, it’s my Friday Feet post. It is always wonderful to see Baseball season roll around again since it usually means warmer weather is not far behind. Unlike many seasons that start in February, today it was actually in the mid-70’s and one of…

Blue Sky and Warmer Weather is Coming, and Spring?
Photo of the day today comes from my walk around the property yesterday. The sun is out, sky is blue, and it is so beautiful outside right now but Spring just isn’t quite here yet. I love these tall long needle pines. They don’t care what the season is, no matter if it’s freezing cold…

Hotel Lights in Birmingham Hotel a Blaze
The photo of the day today comes from the lobby of the hotel we stayed at in Birmingham last week. They had a really cool set of stringed lights hanging down from the ceiling. This is actually another iPhone camera photo so it’s a little more grainy than my DSLR but I still think it…

Early Sunday Morning Light at Cornerstone Church
The photo of the day today is another iPhone camera shot in between services at Cornerstone Church in Auburn. The fall (although it is still hot) makes for some beautiful color even without the leaves.

iPhone 4 Camera and a Lamp
Something a little different for the photo of the day, this was another shot I took with my iPhone camera. The sticker on the light at the restaurant just caught my attention. Still pretty impressed by the camera sensor on this phone for this type of exposure.
