Adidas, My Great Grandad and Me :: Throwback Thursday

Scott at Age 13 in Alabama Summer

Well, one of my fellow bloggers, Run’n Like a Vagabond in his post, Throwback Thursday, has challenged us to do our Thursday blog post as a throwback photo post, so in lieu of my image of the day post, I am doing a throwback Thursday photo post. This image was not taken by me (as you might have guessed), and I am not the one sitting in the chair. This is probably the first time I have ever posted a photo of myself in my earlier life, but also probably the first time I have posted an image I have not taken myself. So, if you are up to the challenge, do a post for Throwback Thursday and come back here and leave a comment and will make sure you get linked in. Please, go easy on the photo itself here. Thanks.

I’m so glad someone besided us has decided to do this series. It’s fun and makes me relive great memories of my Mom.
I laughed out loud when you said “and I am not the one sitting in the chair”
    Also, gotta love Fred Flintstone!

Wow! This one’s an oldie. Brings back memories of trips to the lake. The only thing missing is a cigar in Great Pop’s hand and the BB gun that he used to shoot snakes when we went swimming!

    Love your blogs.
