The Faith Project is something I’ve been working on ever since my two passions in life started to align back in the 1990’s. In some ways my faith-based photography has given voice, or sight, to my faith itself. It has allow my expression of those intangibles that we know exist as Believer’s but sometimes find hard to explain. Often that’s emotion… laughter, prayer, grief, sorrow, joy, the sights and sounds of worship, the lifelong pursuit of following something that has become the essence of your very being.
The Project Purpose
The purpose of this project is to highlight expressions of faith in all their many forms. This is sometimes traditional, sometimes not, but in all its various forms, I’m trying to show a visual collective expression of faith, my faith, as it has played out over the years.
The Project Details
This portfolio here is a big hodgepodge of church work, missions, worship, prayer, fellowship, and pretty much anything that encompasses the life of faith to me. I worked on staff at a local church for almost 13 years of my life, but that is only a part of what made these images possible.
The entire portfolio list is available if you would like to scroll through all the projects. Below are the curated images I chose for this particular project.
